Burgers with Egg and Garlic Butter Balsamic Sauce

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThere are just some days when you don’t feel like cooking and I LOVE to cook. Yesterday, well it was one of those days. Luckily for me I had pinned a recipe that I wanted to try this week and I remembered it being super easy. My memory served me right (for once) and it only took about 15 minutes to do everything. The outcome of the 15 minutes was a very very happy husband. I doubled the recipe for the sauce and it made enough to cover 5 burgers plus extra so make it accordingly.

Burgers with Egg and Garlic Butter Balsamic Sauce



Hamburger meat


Toppings you want: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.

For sauce:

3 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 Teaspoon garlic (minced)


Cook burgers and eggs till desired doneness.

While burgers are cooking cut up your toppings.

Then over low heat, stir the sauce ingredients together. Stir constantly until boiling. Once boiling remove from heat.

Drizzle sauce over hamburgers and then add eggs & toppings.
