I stumbled upon these deliciousness on pinterest (of course) and decided to give it a go. These little nuggets are a resemblance of taste to peanut butter fudge and cookie dough but obviously not as sweet or bad for you! These are real good to satisfy a quick craving it only takes about 5 minutes to make and all the ingredients you should have on hand. It’s about 100 calories for 1 ball if you make 10. I usually make them smaller and get about 15 in so you know what that means…less calories and you can eat more :). I erased where I got the recipe from but I think it was fitsugar.com
Peanut Butter Protein Balls
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
3 T flaxseed or chia seeds
(I prefer chia but both are good)
3 T dark chocolate chips
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Then roll into the size of ball you want.
It’s as easy breezy as that!
