Lemon Blueberry Dark Chocolate Muffins (Paleo)

So I was at Raley’s the other day buying produce when I came upon a good sale on blueberries and decided to pounce on it. I could of course freeze them or I could do the better option and bake all the blueberries away! I found the original recipe off pinterest but of course had to change it to my liking, hope you enjoy!

  1. Re: the lemon blueberry dark chocolate muffins recipe above: the ingredients list has coconut flour but almond flour is referenced in the directions….which is it? Thanks!

    • Hi Mary! Thanks so much for bringing this error to my attention, the correct flour is coconut :). If you have time, I would love to know what you thought of them. Good or bad!
